THE CRIMEA

Radio 1 Session In WalesWhite Russian Galaxy is popping up all over the place. Radio 1′s Session In Wales played the single last Thursday and here’s the recording (skip to 1hr 5mins) or click [More] or here for the tracklisting. After the song, presenters Bethan and Hew spent a couple of minutes talking about The Crocketts and their musical differences from The Crimea. They also gave the release date as July 2nd, which is quickly looking like the official release date judging by the following. Dotmusic has it as a major forthcoming release for the same date, along with artists such as Linkin Park, Jennifer Lopez and Marilyn Manson. Click on [More] for their full list of releases for June 2nd. A quick flick through the NME will also give you the same date for the single’s release, or pop into Jumbo Records in Leeds and they’ll tell you the exact same thing, and that they’ll also be stocking the 7″ vinyl copy of the single. If you’re now tired of hearing about the release date, you can tune into XFM who seem to like The Crimea and played the single last night, or SBN who have kept the single on their playlist B for another week.
