Hello folks,

Just a quick note (really) to say we’ll be hitting Radio 1’s airwaves tonight. It’s the product of last Tuesday’s manic recording session at the BBC’s legendary Maida Vale studios with engineer Simon Askew. The session will be broadcast as part of Huw Stevens’ ‘One Music’ programme, between 11pm and 1am tonight (that’s the 22nd November for you clever guys that can work calendars). Committed to tape in record time was: ‘Lottery Winners On Acid’, ‘Baby Boom’, ‘(Will I Still Be Your) Man’ and our cover of the Tiffany classic ‘I Think We’re Alone Now’. Tune-in the radio dial, or the web browser (go to R1’s website), and check it out. If, for one reason or another, this e-mail takes a leaf out of Royal Mail’s books and gets to you too late, you’ll still be able to listen back to the show on Radio 1’s website.

We also have news of a very special, very exclusive London show. It’ll take place at a secret location in central London on November 29th. We’ll be on stage at 7pm and the free tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis. If you fancy a trip into town, you know…. do some shopping, see a world-class band, get munted etc… well, now’s your chance. The first twenty five to e-mail their name, age and postal address to rock@warnermusic.com will get a pair of tickets to this exclusive gig (unfortunately, you’ll have to find your own way into London etc.). All the info regarding the show etc. will be sent to you in due course.

So there you go. Short and sweet. Just like we said.

See you soon!
