She did the same today, so I emailed about it but just realised, the probability of the BBC allowing "...*anything* on acid" being read out loud at 12pm is probably pretty slim. maybe it's the best they could do :oP

Well LWOA was played on Radio 1 by Jo Whiley today but it was called The Lottery Winner! Title change in the offing maybe? Gotta be good getting Radio 1 daytime play as I got 3 texts from various friends thoughout the day saying that band I keep banging on about are on the radio.

It’s all about b-sides, it’s all about hitting 3000+ sales according to andy, so i shall troop myself down to the shops and help out for sure!

Davey says on his blog he needs 150,000 album sales worldwide. I’ve got one, am buying one for my sister and my girlfriend this chrimbo, and then I want to hunt down an american copy, so thats four from me alone, surely we can get them there on that philosophy!

Bring on chart domination and top of the pops!

I know the five-track was only actually available in the US, but it was passed off as an import EP…

by the way, were you on the ole klutzville thing? i’ve never figured it out, i know it’s davey/owen/dan but didn’t know if they got someone else/you to play keyboardy stuff for it.

yes there will be new b-sides never released before.

this is the first time we have released the song in this version- which is a lot different to the original demo

the five track EP was an american only release firstly. secondly, the original 2002 five track 'EP" was actually a demo and was never released

HMV currently have the tracklisting for the first one attached to the 2006 one, and no tracklisting for the 2002 one:

I presume it’ll have a different cover and at least re-recorded b-sides, then…

Maybe they can convince HMV and everywhere else that sold the first one to remove the old listing; that way it won’t utterly perplex incoming fans.
