Can't stress order of this enough: get CD ready to buy, explain why they're doing it on a website that can handle traffic / set up torrents and maybe direct downloads, get the word out to geek-friendly sites (might want to mention the precedents) and cross fingers. (Also have PP button on site with torrent tracker -- some people just aren't really fussed about physical media.)
