Vote Murray Out!

I know my loyalties may seem a little screwed, but seriously, if the guy stays in Fame Academy past today you’re gonna miss tomorrow’s installement of the Colin Murray Crimea show aka. his Radio 1 slot. So vote the man out already, you all know Barry’s gonna win anyway.

Last month Mog.com featured a post on The Crimea. There’s a couple videos and some Wikipedia text there, regular Inaudible readers will have seen it all before.

And I dare say you’ve seen this interview at Penny Black Music before, but I can’t find it in the archives so either my search tool or my brain are buggered. I’m know which I’m going with.

More Witching Hour Details

The Crimea have updated their MySpace page with extra details on their new album Secrets Of The Witching Hour. They would also like to remind you that they’re playing a gig at The Metro in London tomorrow. Yes, Valentines Day. Owen and Joe have even offered free snogs to the shortest and tallest people to turn up. Possibly not the most well-thought out of ideas; this webmaster assumes they’ll end the night making out with each other.
If you can’t make it, not all’s lost. There’s a new Crimea track up for download on the same site, so you can at least close your eyes and pretend you’re there. Or frankly anywhere but your own front room reading your own bloody website for entertainment. And it didn’t even snow :o(
For something a little more visual, check out Google Video. I’m slowly re-uploading everything YouTube destroyed, just do a search for my user name - pepsi_max2k - and it should bring up most Crimea related clips.

Yo Ho Ho & A Bottle Of Rum

Lemme know if this works, will ya?

Holy Crap…

There’s actually like, other Crimea fans in the world! Without further ado, here’s the first ever fan made Crimea video. I’d like to think it’s the first of many.

Starring Glen Moyers, directed by Alan Gillhespy.

A Lot Of Acid

These look new, though frankly even if I had seen them before I wouldn’t remember. First one is from Wembley where they were supporting Snow Patrol, second from Belfast last summer.

Oh What The Fuck…

…it’s Christmas. Which means 2 things: 1. Ya’ll need presents. 2. Owen won’t get mad at this post for at least.. ooh.. a day?

Sorry, Christmas is over for another year. Come back later for more Crimea moviefilms :o)

Trust me, if this song doesn’t sound bloody great, it’s for purely technical reasons…

C&C Drums

For the guy from C&C drums from Canada or whever it was… Gimme a day to wake up and I’ll put a link here link below, for what it’s worth. All my photos are cunts. They prolly got white paint on them too…

Meanwhile, here’s something else… and like the dickhead I am I assumed as taking photos sideways works perfectly fine, videoing the stuff sideways would work too. Fuckit…

C&C MAN!!! rack it up… they’re shit. but whatever… Owen / drum pics. If you need bigger / better quality versions, god forbid, then email me. Maybe i’ll stick the rest of the gig pics up later… or maybe i’ll stick up more vids up instead ;o)

10 Minutes Of Crimea Love

Finally you can all get a piece of the Crimea’s best double figure visual performance. No, they’ve not given up the day job to become strippers; Adria Petty has uploaded her 10 minute long Tragedy Rocks EPK to YouTube. Check it out below…

They’re also still on tour with Snow Patrol. I would ask for pics on the SP website but if they’re anything like the Ash crowd they’ll chew me up and spit me out. Nah really I’m just trying make myself look like I bother anymore…

Done Something Real Bad This Time

The two of us, heckles raised,
Eyes locked dead to the greasy world.
Neither of us overjoyed to be out of love,

Filmed at T In The Park and Cardiff Festival Big Weekend, 2006.

Where’d They Go?

Can we have some Oliver Twisted?I presume, much like myself, you’re all sat at home wondering “where the hell are the crimea?”. Well, they’re locked up in their own self-made studio working hard on what they hope will be songs for their second album. I on the other hand am locked up inside myself trying to keep sane with my new favourite song, Oliver Twisted. If it ain’t on the next album I ain’t buying it.
Ok, ok, you want your Crimea fix too. Well Contact Music are at hand to provide a video interview with frontman Davey just after they played the V Festival.
If you still want more, you can re-read this old interview with the lads on the Suicide Girls website. Oldie but a goodie. I do hope he’s taking the piss. Anyways, you can then pleasure yourself with the rest of the site, so to speak…

Hope You Got Broadband…

Thank the lord for YouTube. Now we can watch LWOA a thousand times too :oD :o\
Five more for the road. LWOA at V, LWOA at V (possibly the same performance), WRG (possibly at V), Everywhere at V (outdoors this time) and LWOA, again outdoors beside the War Child stall at V Festival 2006, Chelmsford.
Have some fun, try get all three LWOA’s playing in sync…

WhoTube?

Well, now Grandpa YouTube has left us, something needs to fill in his most-subscribed-of-all-time void. Yep, Crimea vids incoming!

In order of appearance, LWOA at the Waterfront Studios, Davey in a crowd singing Jealous Guy, Davey in a crowd singing i-ain’t-got-a-fuck-answers-on-a-postcard-please Jealous Guy. Go figure. Cheers to whoever stuck em there.

New Songs!!!

One one one.

New songs! It’s like, rare in crimea land eh? Loop-a-loops a bit dodgy like, but hopefully the other two are better, lord knows they’ve got a few decent new ones around, finally you get to here some :o). ‘Course, you could just go to a gig already (it’s the 14th already?!?) Otherwise, hit America’s favourite website for the loop-a-tunes.

And some guy said he might posibly send me live recordings thanks to some other guy who asked him and some guy who told me about the guy asking the guy sending… I’ve gotta figure out who all you new guys are… Rest asured, if I get anything, I’ll make available what I can.

Other new things: intereviews. (That’s like, interview *and* reviews. I’m sad.) This one has what looks suspiciously like Davey artwork though. I say that cos it’s a bit crap. Davey style. Oh, warning for Denyer though, don’t read it. Girl Just Died dissage. Not pretty.

Oh bloody hell. Just listening to “Who’s Laughing Now”. They’ve stopped quoting the cro..err.. mmm… And they’re quoting everyone else now. Julz: monkey see monkey do. GAF: Who’s the daddy now? That one was to cheer you up after the GJD insults, mr denyer.

Um, yeah, anyway… reviews… Newcastle Uni one from Flotation Suite. Oh, look, my favourite guitarist…

And some guy on the board, Iain (i hope that’s celtic otherwise I’m pissed again), points you and the rest of me towards a official forum and photo blog have more activity for once.
